Five Oaks' scenic views and manicured fairways provide a beautiful backdrop for your special events. Let us plan your next special occasion in the impressive banquet room, board room, or at one of our outdoor spaces. Space is available for as many as 175 guests, but it is also perfect for smaller more intimate gatherings. Enjoy cocktails on the veranda and multiple dining configurations for your individual needs. Let us make your wedding reception, business meeting, or special event memorable with our attention to detail, culinary expertise, and exemplary service. We want hosting an event at Five Oaks to be a wonderful experience for each on of our guests. Our talented staff is here to make sure your event is one to remember! Wedding Ceremony Site



Five Oaks Golf & Country Club sits on one of the highest points in Wilson County. Because of the panoramic views that overlook four counties, this makes for a stunning backdrop for your wedding ceremony. The view is sure to wow the crowd.


Banquet Room





Our Banquet Room can accommodate events up to 120 guests in this space. This room is perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, baby showers, class reunions, birthday parties, and so much more! There are many different ways to configure the space.


Board Room



The Board Room is perfect for small gatherings up to 40 guests. This room is wonderful for conducting meetings, hosting surprise birthday parties, graduation parties, or simply using the space for your food buffet, photo booth, or bar for your larger event.


Veranda


 


Our Veranda is our second outdoor space that is perfect for smaller wedding ceremonies or a perfect extension to any room rental to add a little extra space to any event. The Veranda will hold up to 80 guests seated. This covered area is wonderful for larger wedding receptions that may need additional space for seating. Our large windows in the Banquet Room makes guests that may be seated outside feel a little more included since they can see exactly what's going on inside.
